Class Types

  • A balanced mix of strength training and cardio designed to help you build muscle, improve endurance, and move better. It’s fast-paced, fun, and suitable for all fitness levels.

    This is our signature class, built on thoughtfully designed programming that runs in cycles to keep you accountable and make your progress measurable.

  • Long conditioning focused class - think Hyrox style. Typically done with a partner. So grab a friend and come get a good Sweat on!

  • This is an advanced-level class focused on refining the fundamentals of the Olympic lifts, including the barbell clean & jerk and the barbell snatch.

  • This class focuses exclusively on machine-based conditioning, teaching proper machine usage while building aerobic capacity. It concludes with 10–15 minutes of targeted mobility work.

  • A postnatal-friendly mix of strength, core, and light cardio designed to help you rebuild and feel stronger while bonding with your baby in a supportive, mom-centered space.

    *must be 3 months post partum or cleared by doctor

    *can attend until baby is 12 months or walking

All classes are 60 minutes long
