Before joining Tidal Training Club, we invite all new members to book a free intro consultation. This short, no-pressure meeting gives us a chance to learn about your goals, training background, any injuries, and what you’re hoping to get out of your time at the gym.

The goal is simple: make sure you’re set up for success from day one. We’ll walk you through how our classes work, what to expect, and how to ease into training at the right pace for you.

It’s also a great opportunity to see the space, ask questions, and get a feel for the community before getting started. No workout required—just a quick conversation to make sure Tidal is the right fit for you.
