Group Strength & Conditioning Class

A balanced mix of strength training and cardio designed to help you build muscle, improve endurance, and move better.

Each class starts with coach-led mobility and a focused warm-up to prepare your body and reinforce strong movement patterns. From there, we move into structured, progressive strength work centered around key lifts and foundational movements to help you steadily get stronger over time. We finish with either targeted accessory work to build balance and resilience, or a conditioning piece to challenge your engine and boost overall fitness.

It’s fast-paced, well-coached, and scalable for all levels — whether you’re just starting out or ready to push your performance further.

Mom & Babe Class

A postnatal-friendly mix of strength, core, and light cardio designed to help you rebuild, regain confidence, and feel strong again — all while bonding with your baby in a supportive, mom-centered space.

Each class begins with gentle, coach-led mobility and core reconnection work (including breath and pelvic floor focus). We then move into structured strength training tailored to the postnatal body, followed by light conditioning or supportive accessory work to safely and progressively rebuild endurance.

Eligibility: Participants must be at least 12 weeks postpartum or cleared to exercise by a pelvic floor physiotherapist. Suitable for Moms & babies aged 3–12 months.

Thoughtfully programmed, encouraging, and fully adaptable — so you can move at your pace while connecting with your baby and other moms.
