What to expect
Coach Led - Classes are led by a knowledgeable coach to ensure you are moving correctly, pushing yourself and also having a blast.
Strength in Numbers - We thrive as a community. Our 16-person classes allow you to get personalized attention from your coach while getting that extra push from your peers.
60 Minutes of Fun - Each hour-long workout is programmed with intent and purpose. You will be guided through warm-up and movement prep to ensure you can safely tackle whatever movements come your way.
Variation is Key - The gym is outfitted with a variety of equipment to keep our training fresh, fun, and varied. Be prepared to move some weight while also getting your heart rate up.
Scalable for All - Whether it’s your 1st workout or your 1000th, we guarantee you will leave feeling stronger than when you started. Every movement is infinitely scalable to your level, and our coaches will guide you every step of the way.
